EstraForum, Prato's indoor sports arena, is located in Maliseti, an area that hosts two more important sports facilities: the football stadium, with a central and a subsidiary field, and the Palarogai roller skating rink.
EstraForum is a multi-purpose facility used mainly for five-a-side football matches - Prato's 5-a-side Football local team is in the A2 league, but the venue has also hosted international matches, such as a round of the UEFA Futsal Cup - and also for handball, international dance and gymnastics competitions and other events that are an opportunity for fun and for sharing passions. Recently, for example, the international Feline Exhibition drew hundreds of participants from all over Europe.
The venue has a seating capacity of about 2000, a large outdoor parking area and is easily accessible.
Starting this year, every summer evening, from 7pm onwards, the large outdoor area is used for entertainment, with events, animation, dancing and local products.
